Hi, I am….

 

Kristi Stangeland, founder of My ParaVita. As an international retreat leader, lecturer, private meditation coach for busy executives and creator of the My ParaVita Circle, an online meditation membership program, I help busy people find balance, wellness and contentment in their daily lives.

My career began many years ago in New York City as a CPA for PricewaterhouseCoopers and J.P. Morgan Chase. After starting a meditation practice more than 20 years ago, I discovered the many benefits of meditation for my own personal wellness, self-awareness and the ability to find balance in my life. One thing led to another and I left the corporate world behind to embrace holistic wellness. I hold a diploma in Mindfulness Study by the NLP Centre of Excellence and completed the three-year BTB Feng Shui Masters Training Program™, begun by Professor Thomas Lin Yun, one of the most renowned Chinese philosophers of our time.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve helped women create opportunities for professional success and personal fulfillment through meditation, retreats and feng shui.

This knowledge has been transformative to my life, which is why I am passionate about sharing it with others by offering practical techniques, insights and inspiration.

Retreat guests discover how their own personal mantras—the vibration the universe created at the time of their birth based on Vedic mathematic formulas—can raise their meditation practice to a new level.

 Using silent and guided meditations, retreat participants discover the power of this ancient practice to evoke real change in their modern lives. After a special ceremony in which they receive their personalized mantra, we engage in intuitive exercises and a series of workshops to help them maximize the innate power of their mantra.

I teach my guests how quieting their minds through silent repetition of their mantra brings them to a state of serenity that creates deeper levels of awareness. As they experience the benefits of a rich and regular meditation practice, they discover for themselves what I have known for two decades: that quality meditation leads to improved health, increased insights and compassion. This empowers us to be agents of change in our own lives, our communities and our world.
