Mediation isn’t difficult, nor does it take up a lot of time. But it is very personal. There’s not one-size-fits-all technique and no “correct” way to meditate. Form identifying your unique mantra to choosing the perfect meditation setting, the key is to find what works for you. I will guide you, step by step.

    How the Program Works

    This 3-month program is done 100% via phone — so you can participate no matter where you are.

    It starts with a discovery call during which I get to know you and your challenges, and what you hope to achieve through meditation. I’ll also get you started with your own personalized routine. This is followed by monthly, hour-long calls where we discuss your progress, refine your techniques, and even meditate together. Along the way, you’ll get email tips and worksheets to help keep you motivated. The goal is to help you ritualize meditation so that it’s as much a part of your routine as brushing your teeth.

    BEGINNERS:

    Month 1 – Build Up Your Silent Meditation Muscle

    Start slowly with 3 minutes and build up to 12 minutes. The goal is to make meditation a habit, just like brushing your teeth in the morning!

    Month 2 – Heart Sutra

    Learn a powerful mantra used by Tibetan Monks and the Dalai Lama to calm the mind and heart.

    Month 3 – Chakra Clearing

    Discover a powerful technique to use before meditation to reap the benefits with less time. Eighteen minutes of effective meditation can be the equivalent of a full day of what monks and yogis do.

      I’m Kristi Stangeland, meditation coach and founder of My ParaVita. A couple of decades ago, I was in the position you’re probably in right now. On paper, I had it all: a successful corporate job, an amazing husband and two beautiful daughters. And yet, I wasn’t happy. It felt like something big was missing from my life. Around that time, I discovered meditation. Although I was skeptical at first, I kept on practicing it. The more I meditated, the more peace I found. It was a life-altering experience for me.

      Today, I’m living my passion: creating programs that help women experience the transformational power of meditation and find the joy and fulfillment they’ve been seeking. I’d love to help you do the same!
