Hi, I’m Kristi Stangeland, founder of My ParaVita, a company that helps busy women find balance, wellness and a sense of achievement in all they do by focusing on peace, power and play.
I earned a diploma in Mindfulness Study by the NLP Centre of Excellence and completed the three year BTB Feng Shui Masters Training Program™, begun by Professor Thomas Lin Yun, one of the most renowned Chinese philosophers of our time. For many years, I have helped women create opportunities for success and personal fulfillment with meditation, retreats and feng shui.
Hillary M. Anderson will be leading us through an interactive session to improve our space for 2023.
Transforming people, homes and businesses is Hillary M. Anderson’s lifelong work. Workshops, intentional Feng Shui design, seminars, public speaking and teaching are her specialties. Hillary’s new interactive 12-week course, Re-Arrange to Change, teaches you the fundamentals of Feng Shui while you rearrange your home to transform your life. Our homes are our catalyst for creation and by knowing what goes where and for what reason, your world becomes all the more powerful.
During our Chinese New Year celebration, Dr. Anita Shack will be joining us to lead a Qi Gong session and participate in the workshop. What a treat!
Anita is a Toronto-based practitioner who uses acupuncture, chiropractic and craniosacral therapy to facilitate change and wellness in her patients. She employs her 10+ years of experience as an independent modern dancer/choreographer, as well as her certification in Flow Yoga and Qi Gong training, to provide a safe and supportive environment which supports transformation in her students. Qi Gong is one of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine which recognizes that movement is essential for body, mind and spirit health.

THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT BUT…
I'm so tired of Zoom!
Aren’t we all?!
Although you will need to use Zoom to connect to this virtual retreat, I recommend you use headphones for our daily meditations and some of the other activities we will be doing. But the schedule also makes time for unplugged “me time” for things like taking a bath, mindful walks or independent, optional exercises.
Is it worth it?
We all know the toll this pandemic has taken on our mental well-being. Social isolation, job insecurity and health crises have left many of us feeling as if we are alone in the world.
That’s why it is so critical that you make time to surround yourself with wonderful teachers and amazing women who can support you and encourage you.
I can't attend ALL OF THE SESSIONS.
No worries. We are recording the entire event. Watch at your convenience or re-watch important modules. But better some than none! You need—and deserve—this gift to yourself.
